The festival will also feature special honors for Austin icons Augustin Ramirez, Joe's Bakery, Leonard & Toni Davila, Central Machine Works, Austin Manual Therapy, and more. 

The always-entertaining "El Tacuache" Mark Weber will return as emcee.
