Austin’s own Los Texas Wranglers are one of the great things about the Live Music Capital of the World. Led by drummer and chief songwriter Julian Limon Fernandez, the Wranglers’ nucleus is composed of Fernandez, Epifaño “Junior” Sandoval on bajo sexto, Amador Salazar on bass and lead vocals and Sonny Trujillo on accordion. 

Depending on the occasion, this versatile group can add saxophonist Tim Torres and “Las Pistoleras” Joyce Adams and Rocio Valdes and put on a show that includes Conjunto, Country and even a little old school Rock n Roll.

With a ton of original songs written by Fernandez, decades of experience individually, and nearly 20 years together, Los Texas Wranglers have been nominated for Grammys, won numerous awards, toured the country and created a unique sound and a great feeling. One of the hallmarks of any Wranglers event is the friendly atmosphere – no one is a stranger and, along with the band themselves, their dedicated group of fans will make you feel at home.
