Beatriz "B" Santa Ana is a Central Texas native who got her start in music at a young age. The spark she has for singing first ignited and grew within her family home. Her very first stage was her family's garage and the first song B ever learned was Patsy Cline's "Release Me." It was through her singing for friends and family that she became inspired to chase her passion for music. A versatile vocalist, B does not limit herself to a single genre. Among her repertoire, you will find Tejano, Conjunto, Country, Rock and even Latin Freestyle. In addition to being a vocalist, B is also a songwriter.
Over the years, B Santa Ana has been lead vocalist for several bands including Sentimiento, Vida Band (Killeen,TX), and Grupo Cielo. B has also shared the stage with many legendary acts such as Ram Herrera, Little Joe, Calle Seis, and Flaco Jiménez. Tejano audiences in Austin,Texas and surrounding areas have heard her voice over the airwaves of KTXZ-1560AM (Now KOKE-1600AM) as she's also been a Radio DJ. As a DJ, B was fortunate enough to have interviewed one of her musical idols, La Reyna de Música Tejana, Laura Canales. B's first single, "Pa' Que Volver," is a Laura Canales song and was produced by "The Charanga King," Hugo Guerrero. Her portfolio also includes hosting several ACTV Cable Access Shows. Currently, B has been performing with Benny y Los Jetz alongside tejano conjunto legend, Sandy Sanchez. B is a Rancho Alegre Conjunto Festival Alumna as she first performed at the 2014 festival.
