The Rancho Alegre Conjunto Festival is pleased and honored to partner with Las Ofrendas this year for our local vendor market! Preference given to handmade artists and food vendors are welcome!
VENDOR CALL IS CURRENTLY OPEN for the following days:
Friday, May 4th, 4-8pm - Stubb's Graceland Grocery - 8600 W Hwy 290. Austin, TX 78736
Saturday, May 5th 11am to Midnight - Stubb's Waller Creek Amphitheater - 801 Red River Street, Austin TX 78701
We are super excited for both days as they will bring in different crowds. Friday's event is anticipated to be very family friendly while Saturday's event will attract Conjunto lovers who are excited to see our feature performers AND is located right outside of Pecan Street Festival- so many folks will stop in from that location.
Friday Vending hours are 4-8pm with load in at 3pm and breakdown at end of event.
Saturday vendor hours are 4pm-midnight with load in at 3pm. Please note that vendors are welcome to set up for an extended period/ the entire day, beginning at 11am on Saturday for no extra charge. Please notate your preference in the application.
The Registration and Space Fee for a vendor 10x10 space is $65.00/ day, or both days for $120.00 (a $10 discount). Again, preference will be given to artists who provide handmade, original items, but all are welcome to apply! Fee is PER applicant. Each vendor can choose to split their booth space but fees are assessed individually, and each vendor must apply separately.
